On May 5, 2025, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Jason Pu, the Associate Vice President and CFO, as the Chief Corporate Governance Officer, responsible for corporate governance-related matters. Mr. Jason Pu completes professional training every year according to laws and regulations.
The main responsibilities of the chief corporate governance supervisor are as follows: handling matters relating to board meetings, the audit committee, the compensation committee and the shareholders meeting in compliance with the law; preparing minutes of board meetings and shareholders meeting; assisting in onboarding and continuing educations of directors; providing information required for performance of duties by directors; and assisting directors in compliance with the law.
