Internal Audit

1. Organizational structure:

The Company establishes an internal audit unit under the board of directors. In accordance with the Company's scale, business conditions, management needs and other relevant laws and regulations, the Company has deployed several qualified and appropriate full-time internal auditors and deputies.

2. Duties of Internal Auditor:

(1) The Company shall carry out internal audits to assist the board of directors and mangers in inspecting and reviewing defects in the internal control systems as well as measuring operational effectiveness and efficiency, and shall make timely recommendations for improvements to ensure the sustained operating effectiveness of the systems and to provide a basis for review and correction.

(2) The internal audit unit should consider the laws and regulations, establish internal audit procedures, and audit the integrity and compliance of the Company's internal control to ensure the effective operation of the system.

(3) The internal departments and subsidiaries of the Company shall conduct self-assessments once a year in accordance with regulations, have its internal audit unit reviews the self-inspection reports prepared by all departments and subsidiaries, and submit the self-assessment reports, together with the reports on the correction of defects and irregularities of internal control systems discovered by its internal audit unit, to serve as the primary basis for the board of directors and the audit committee to evaluate the overall efficacy of all internal control systems and to produce Internal Control System Statements.
